22q at the Zoo 2017

Join Geisinger’s Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute (ADMI) at Reptiland to raise awareness for 22q11.2 deletion syndrome! 22q at the Zoo gives families a chance to have a fun-filled day at the zoo, socialize with other 22q families, and help raise the public profile of this relatively common condition which is also sometimes called DiGeorge or Velo-cardio-facial syndrome.

Tickets will be available to purchase at the event. Please bring cash or check (made payable to Reptiland). We will also have free 22q at the Zoo t-shirts available on a first-come, first-served basis! Contact Emily at 570-214-0167 or epalen@geisinger.edu if you have any questions.

Ages 3 and older: $5 (limit of 4 tickets per family)


Clyde Peeling’s Reptiland is an AZA accredited zoo specializing in reptiles and amphibians from around the world! Enjoy modern indoor exhibits of over 40 species year-round.
